General Terms
The data collected at online-surveys are used exclusively for market research purposes. The data are collected in the context of an order data processing and are then analysed by us. A use for market survey or commercial purposes won't take place (also not by the Rogator AG), they neither will be passed on to third parties. The participation in surveys is voluntary.
Handling of personal data
Depending on the survey, the collection of person-related data is necessary, which is always on a voluntary basis as well. All personal data will be collected and stored apart from the data of the surveys. An allocation of the personal data to the information of the surveys is not possible. The surveys are evaluated and presented only in anonymised form. After the evaluations have been completed, the person-related data will be completely deleted. The data are only for purposes of market research won't be used for commercial purposes or passed on to third parties.
Cookies
For some surveys, the use of Cookies on your computer is necessary. These Cookies solely serve the purpose to prevent users from participating multiple times. They don't collect any further data and also don't access the system of the user.
Data transmission / Security of stored data
The Rogator AG places great importance on the protection of the collected data within the online market research. The collection of data and the transmission takes place through a secured internet connection (SSL encoding), so that third parties won't be able to access these data (manipulation, theft). The data will be stored subsequently on a secured server, which is protected against manipulation and misuse.
Data Access and Change / Contact
